Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Breasts (boneless)
  • 1 Tsp Ginger pest
  • 2 Eggs (lightly whisked)
  • 1 Tsp Garlic pest
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Onions finely cleaved
  • 2 Tbsp Mixed Herbs (Dried)
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves, Pursley cleaved
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red Chili chips
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 1/2 Tsp Tabasco Original Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Flour (enough to make a slender covering)
  • Salt to taste

For the Pan Roasted Vegetables

  • 1 pieces Carrot cut into strips
  • 1 pieces Green zucchini cut into strips
  • 6 pieces Baby corn cut into strips
  • 1 pieces Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) cut into strips
  • 10 pieces Green beans (French Beans) cut into diagonals
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 4 cloves Garlic finely cleaved
  • 1 Tsp Mixed Herbs (Dried)
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley leaves finely cleaved
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Pan-fried Method

  • Wipe the chicken bosoms and beat with a hammer or a blade to smooth. Cut each into two pieces.
  • In a blending bowl, consolidate the garlic, blended herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, tabasco sauce, red stew pieces, parsley leaves, and salt.
  • Include the chicken bosoms into this bowl, and back rub the marinade on to the chicken.
  • Set aside to marinate for 2 hours or somewhere in the vicinity.
  • Heat a skillet on medium fire, when hot, place the chicken on it and cook on the two sides for around 3 minutes on each side.
  • Lower the heat and cook till soft N juicy and earthy colored on the two sides, turning when one side is finished.
  • When done, move to a plate and permit it to rest.

Grilling Method

  • Put a griddle on medium-high warmth. Ensure it gets hot. At that point place the chicken pieces in – skin-side down. Give it a couple of moments to cook until the chicken gets a decent firm brilliant skin. At that point flip over the chicken.Cook till soft N juicy and earthy colored on the two sides.
