Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Boneless Chicken – washed and cleaned
  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 5 pieces Elaichi Small
  • 1 cup Curd (thick curd/yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 100 g Cashew nuts pest
  • Butter for brushing
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnish
  • Onion rings to serve
  • Black peppercorns crushed to taste
  • Lemon wedges to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven/griller to 180º C.
  • In a bowl whisk together yogurt, cream, ginger and garlic pest, cashew nut paste, green bean stew pest, squashed peppercorns, salt, garam masala powder, cornflour, lemon squeeze and oil in a bowl.
  • Include chicken pieces, blend well, and save the bowl in the fridge to marinate for 1-2 hours.
  • Brush them with margarine and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping each side at times.
  • In a container heat spread, include extra marinated blend and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • At the point when it’s nearly cooked include half cup cream and blend it well.
  • Stick marinated chicken pieces onto satay sticks and spot on a wire rack. Put the rack in the preheated stove, griller, oven, brush with some spread and prepare for 12-15 minutes.
