Chicken Meatballs

This delicious little meatball recipe is very easy to get make. You can serve them with a variety of sauces. Chicken Meatballs are Amazing for drinks and night meetings or if you want to have snacks only.

Ingredients

  • 500g skinless boneless chicken thighs, cut into pieces 
  • 100g  breadcrumbs 
  • 1 onion  
  • 1 egg, beaten 
  • 25g parmesan  
  • 4 garlic cloves, squashed 
  • 1 tsp sugar 
  • 300g spaghetti
  • ½ little bundle of oregano  
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, in addition to extra to oil plate and serve 
  • 2 x 400g jars finely chopped tomatoes 

Step by step instructions about how to make Chicken Meatballs

Step 1

Heat the microwave up to 200 degrees Celsius. Keep the chicken inside it and let it cook until it doesn’t become smooth in the cut. Collect it into a bowl and add breadcrumbs, eggs, onions, parmesan, mostly squashed garlic, and more oregano. The season is really good and blends with clean hands until everything. Then shape it into 20 meatballs, and put it into an oil baking tray. Brush meatball with 1½ tbsp oil. Provide times for chicken meatballs to cook for 20 minutes until they don’t get cooked through and change their color slightly brown or earthy.

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat the remaining ½ tbsp oil in a deep skillet. Fry the remaining garlic for 30 seconds, at that time, add thick tomatoes, and hold oregano. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar place. Stew for mixing 10-15 minutes as often as possible, until the tomatoes are separate and you get a thick sauce.

Step 3

Heat a large pot of saltwater to a boiling point. Add spaghetti and cook for 10 minutes until it’s still a bit firm.

Step 4

Add meatballs cooked to mashed tomatoes and mix it gently. Warmth for a while when you channel spaghetti and the spoon becomes the warmed pasta bowl. Serve meatballs and sauces on it. Sprinkle a little olive oil and grind more parmesan, on the opportunity you want.

Instructions for freezing healthy chicken meatballs 

For the most convenience, I recommend freezing meatballs after they are ready. Let the meatballs prepared for cold, at that time set it on sheet heating sheets.

Place the chicken meatballs along with a baking sheet in your refrigerator.

Let it freeze until the meatballs harden, 1 to 2 hours.

Move frozen meatballs to the Ziptop sack. Squash all the air from it and seal.
