250 grams Chicken, cut into 2
5 Onions, large french onions
One tablespoon Butter
Two tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Four cloves Garlic
One teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
1-1/2 cups Chicken stock
1-1/2 teaspoon All Purpose Flour (Maida)
Salt, to taste
1-1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
One teaspoon Vinegar
One teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Gruyere Cheese
Step by step instructions to make French Onion Chicken Recipe
To start making the French Onion Chicken recipe, clean and wash the chicken thighs well. Cut them into two pieces.
Add salt, pepper powder to the chicken pieces and blend well. Marinate it for around 30 minutes inside the refrigerator.
In a cast-iron container, add olive. Add squashed garlic and sauté until it turns earthy coloured. Presently add the marinated chicken pieces. Broil it until it turns earthy coloured on the two sides. Eliminate from the container and put it in a safe spot.
