Add salt, pepper powder to the chicken pieces and blend well. Marinate it for around 30 minutes inside the refrigerator.

In a cast-iron container, add olive. Add squashed garlic and sauté until it turns earthy coloured. Presently add the marinated chicken pieces. Broil it until it turns earthy coloured on the two sides. Eliminate from the container and put it in a safe spot.

Add flour, whisk well. Ensure no lumps are shaped.

Add chicken stock, proceed to whisk and cook until thickened.

Add the broiled chicken into the skillet, cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

At last, add vinegar and Dijon mustard blend well and cook for 3 minutes.

Presently add ground Gruyere cheddar on top of the chicken, sear it for 2 to 3 minutes until cheddar melts and air pockets up.
