Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/3  cup  chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
  • salt and pepper as per the taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • lemon slices for garnish

Cooking Procedure

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and grease a large casserole dish or baking sheet well.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add your chicken and cook them for 2-3 minutes on each side until you get that golden brown color. Transfer your chicken to make the baking sheet.
  • In another small bowl add chicken broth, honey, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, garlic, and salt pepper to taste. And mix all of them well.
  • Add the prepared sauce over the chicken and bake for 20-30 minutes until and unless the chicken is cooked through. Just make sure that after every 5-10 minutes pour the sauce from the pan over the chicken. This will make the chicken moist and more flavourful
  • And lastly, garnish with fresh lemon slices if desired and serve.
