Healthy Lemon Baked Chicken
Hey Friends, after waiting so long all weekend to try it out this, I am amazed that it was worth the wait because I really love how this healthy lemon baked chicken turned out at last! It is juicy, tender, savory with a hint of sweetness, and moreover so so easy to make. And It’s one of my favorite chicken recipes of all time now.
WHAT DO YOU EAT LEMON CHICKEN WITH?
At the point when I returned home from my outing and made this dish, I served mine close by asparagus, and it was flavorful. Different thoughts for sides that go with lemon chicken include:
Rice. Regardless of whether you cook white, earthy colored, wild, or pre-bundled rice pilaf or other rice dishes, I think rice consistently combines well with chicken.
Simmered vegetables. On the off chance if you are not a fan of asparagus, what about broccoli, string beans, or Brussels grows?
Egg noodles. I love egg noodles whichever way. Be that as it may, concoct a bundle of them and add a lemon chicken bosom to the top at that point spoon a portion of the dish squeezes over that with an additional crush of lemon
Serving of mixed greens. Another most loved side of mine is a basic side serving of mixed greens. Utilize whatever greens and veggies you have close by to make a unique nutritious veggie dish to crunch on in the middle of nibbles of lemony chicken.
Potatoes. For another flavorful, side choice, I generally go for potatoes. Pounded, prepared, or cooked, you truly can’t turn out badly with lemon chicken and potatoes.
Important Tip-
Marinating chicken in just lemon juice will likewise dry it out. But you do like your chicken more lemony, you can marinate it as long as two hours in a glass or plastic bowl with a top or in an airtight plastic sack. I would recommend you to use a lemon marinade rather than straight-up lemon squeeze that incorporates olive oil or another fat and a few flavors to shield the lemon juice from separating the chicken and drying it out.
