Cajun Seasoning

  • 1 Tea Spoon Brown Sugar ((KETO: use any Brown Sugar substitute))
  • 2 Table Spoon Paprika
  • 3 Table Spoon Salt
  • 3 Tea Spoon Garlic (Powder)
  • 2 Tea Spoon Onion (Powder)
  • 2 Tea Spoon Chili (Powder)
  • 1 Tea Spoon Thyme (Dried)
  • ¾ Tea Spoon Oregano (Dried)
  • 1 Tea Spoon Cayenne Pepper (Depends on the last heat)
  • ½ Tea Spoon Black Pepper (Freshly Cracked)

Chicken Preparation

  • 2 Piece Large Chicken Breasts (8-11oz | 250-300g each) (sliced horizontally in half to make 4 steaks)
  • 2 Table Spoon Canola Oil (Divided)
  • ¼ Cup Butter
  • 4 Cloves Garlic (Minced)

Prepare the Chicken

  1. Combine the Cajun seasoning ingredients.

  2. Toss the chicken in the seasoning in a bowl.

  3. Drizzle with 1/2 tablespoon of oil and rub seasoning all over to evenly coat. 

  4. Heat remaining oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet or pan over medium-high heat until combined and hot.
