Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pieces Chicken chests
  • 3 Tbsp Whole grain mustard powder
  • 4 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 4-5 Tbsp Honey
  • 3-4 Tbsp Cooking oil
  • 2 Tbsp Rosemary branches
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 Cup Onions finely slashed
  • 3 Cup vegetable Parboiled assembled
  • 2 Tbsp Margarine
  • 4 Pieces green chilies finely slashed
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 6-7 pieces Smooth pureed potatoes
  • 1 Tsp Ginger pest
  • 1 Tsp Garlic pest
  • 1 Tsp Dark pepper powder
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wipe the chicken chest or breast and beat with a hammer or a blade to level. Cut each into two pieces.
  • Set up the marinade by blending a large portion of the mustard powder, half of the nectar, salt, and pepper. Rub the chicken well on the two sides with the marinade and save aside for 30 minutes
